One of the reasons I became a REALTOR® was because of my own experience with one…and not for the reason you might think!
That experience inspired me to make a difference, advocate for others, and eventually take a leap of faith into real estate full-time.
Looking back, I’m grateful for the journey, the growth, and the people I’ve been blessed to serve.
Real estate may be about houses, but for me, it’s ALWAYS been about PEOPLE!

Buy first—or sell first?
The right answer is the one that protects your budget and your peace of mind.
Buying first can offer more moving flexibility, but you may need to manage two housing payments for a period of time.
Selling first can clarify your budget and help you make a stronger offer when you find the right home.
Tip: Review your finances and make a backup housing plan before deciding which route to take.

Tarrant County held steady in September. 🏡
The median price stayed right at $345,000, unchanged from a year ago. Active listings dipped 4.1%, closed sales were down 7%, and we’re sitting at 3.6 months of inventory.
What that means for you:
Sellers, pricing and presentation still win. Homes are closing at about 95% of their original list price, so getting it right on day one matters.
Buyers, good homes are still moving, but listings that have been sitting a while may give you some room to negotiate.
The market doesn’t have to be perfect for you to make a smart move. Your strategy does.

Catch Cowboys home games in Arlington, plus Mavericks and Stars home games in Dallas. Then add the Fall Japanese Festival, Parade of Lights, Turkey Trot, theater, or Prairie Lights to the calendar.
One date to plan carefully: November 22 brings a Cowboys home game, a Stars home game, and Fort Worth’s Parade of Lights.

159 homes for sale. 56 already under contract. 👀
Crowley, TX buyers have more options to evaluate, but homes that are positioned well are still finding their match.
September’s median sale price was $300,000, up 3.5% year over year.
Buyers: compare condition, location, and seller concessions—not just list price. Sellers: make your pricing stand out against active competition.
